Project Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing both print and digital projects, specifically in Higher Education (Higher Ed) and English Language Teaching (ELT) domains. The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to handle complex content development and publishing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables while meeting strict deadlines.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Higher Ed and ELT print and digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with editorial, design, production, and digital media teams to deliver engaging and high-quality educational content.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing clear updates and managing deliverables effectively.
• Drive innovation by incorporating industry best practices and leveraging new technologies in project workflows.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks and challenges proactively.
• Organize and lead internal and external project meetings, including governance reviews, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Support content creation workflows for platforms like Avallain, Learnosity, or similar educational platforms.
• Oversee quality control processes for both print and digital deliverables, maintaining consistency and accuracy across projects.
• Qualifications:Any Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree with desired experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in Higher Ed and ELT publishing projects.
• Strong understanding of print and digital publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with educational platforms and tools, such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Avallain, Learnosity, or similar.
• Proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
• Experience in implementing accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) in digital content is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Preferred Skills:Strong background in curriculum development for Higher Ed and ELT.
• Experience working with global educational publishers and managing diverse client expectations.
• Knowledge of assessment creation and integration into digital platforms.
