In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and positive transformation within our organisation. 

This is a hands-on role responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design and delivering key projects in Link Wentworth’s program of work and has significant contact with senior stakeholders across the business.  

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a solid grounding in applied project management principles and methodologies, along with demonstrated experience in proactively driving multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.  The individual will possess high levels of drive, initiative, proactivity, accountability, adaptability and commerciality.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in Commerce, Business/Applied Business Management, Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years demonstrated, hands-on business focused project management experience
  • Experience using project methodologies such as PMBOK or PRINCE2
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects and balancing competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Change management expertise, with the ability to drive organisational transformation and manage resistance to change
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft suite products and project planning software.

Desirable Criteria

  • Qualifications in change management methodologies such as PROSCI
  • Experience in the not-for-profit or Community Housing sector or similar

You will also need:

  • A commitment to Link Wentworth’s values of Customer Focus, Respect, Integrity, Compassion & Ambition
  • A valid National Police Check (less than six (6) months old) to the satisfaction of Link Wentworth 
  • At least two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations, meaning, having received the primary course of an Australian Government approved COVID-19 vaccination
