Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary leader for client projects, managing activities and facilitating engagement with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement project management methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with delivery team leaders and senior management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Advocate for and align with the organization’s delivery framework.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning through execution and monitoring.
- Identify potential project risks proactively and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Partner with leadership to ensure project alignment with strategic organizational goals.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support project managers, fostering their professional development through training and feedback.
- Collaborate with resourcing managers to effectively plan and allocate resources.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Act as an escalation point for issues related to projects.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing enterprise software implementation projects or leading teams of project managers.
- Strong expertise in Professional Services Project Management, specifically with Salesforce implementations.
- Proven leadership abilities to guide teams through transitions and achieve significant outcomes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional and client-centric approach.
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively amid ambiguity.
