Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering projects within the procurement space. This role focuses on managing end-to-end projects involving Source-to-Contract, Supplier Services, Third-Party Engagement Management, and Procurement Systems like Fusion, Coupa, or Archer. The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise with procurement systems knowledge to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects within procurement, including Source-to-Contract and Third-Party Engagement Management.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of procurement systems (e.g., Fusion, Coupa, Archer) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define scope, and align deliverables with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive process improvements in supplier services and procurement workflows.
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, and external suppliers, to ensure seamless delivery.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports, project documentation, and updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and best practices throughout project execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, specifically within the procurement domain.
- Proven expertise in Source-to-Contract processes and Third-Party Engagement Management.
- Hands-on experience with procurement tools/systems such as Fusion, Coupa, Archer, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of supplier services, procurement workflows, and contract management.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
