About The Role
As a Property Manager at the company, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our investors. Your responsibilities will span the entire spectrum of portfolio management, requiring a deep understanding of operational intricacies, exceptional execution, and a commitment to optimizing portfolio performance.

Collaboration is key, as you will serve as a bridge between investors and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless coordination. This role is integral to our growth strategy, with the full support of the entire [Omitted] team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio in alignment with investors’ objectives, adapting to changing goals and market dynamics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to investors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Resolve complex issues as they arise, implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence while managing investor expectations.
- Utilize proprietary technology and centralized teams to streamline tasks and maximize efficiency.
- Foster virtual relationships with internal departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Embrace innovation by evaluating new software, processes, and organizational enhancements, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote Mynd real estate products and services, leveraging opportunities for cross-selling and value creation.
- Oversee Onsite Managers where applicable, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Assist investors with property transactions, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, real estate, customer service, or account management preferred.
- Prior experience in property management, cost management, or revenue management is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we are unable to sponsor H1-B Visas at this time.
Additional Details
- Compensation: $70,000 annually, with potential for adjustment based on experience and location. Bonus eligibility tied to performance objectives.
- Travel Requirements: Approximately 10% travel within the assigned area for training and offsite activities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
