Job Description Summary

Proposal Manager responsibilities include managing small to medium-sized proposal responses, creating, editing, proofreading, and completing proposal packages. Development of proposals crosses multiple service lines, organizations, and geographies. This individual will work closely with multiple departments throughout the company to complete first-class proposal responses.

Compensation: $100,000-$110,000, based on experience.

Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on multiple projects as assigned and keep them on schedule by multitasking and managing workload so as to not miss any internal and/or external deadlines
  • Act as the Project Owner and be responsible for the collection and organization of materials as well as content and design
  • Read and understand Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from clients and prospective clients and respond to them accordingly
  • Interact and collaborate with C&W Services’ Executive Team, HR, Business Development, Solution Architects, Client Services (operations), Legal, Safety, Risk Management, Procurement, Service Excellence, and Cost Estimation groups as required for proposal preparation and coordination
  • Organize all information in the format requested in the RFP and according to company standards
  • Re-write/edit information received from other departments and ensure information meets the requirements of RFP
  • Adhere to all client requirements and comply with requisite formats, including but not limited to all regulations pertaining to bid preparation and submission guidelines
  • Complete and ensure delivery to customer or Business Development within the required timeframe
  • Maintain computer in good working order, store files on company drive following prescribed procedures
  • Assist in special projects requested by Sales Support, Business Development, and senior management

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $93,500.00 – $110,000.00
