Job Overview

As a QuickBooks Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our QuickBooks operations, enhancing client interactions, and supporting business growth. This role requires strong expertise in QuickBooks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• QuickBooks Management:

• Oversee all aspects of QuickBooks, including setup, configuration, and customization to suit company and client needs.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoicing, expense tracking, payroll, and reporting.

• Conduct regular audits of financial data within QuickBooks to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Business Development:

• Identify opportunities to leverage QuickBooks for business growth and profitability.

• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to identify and pursue potential clients who would benefit from our QuickBooks services.

• Collaborate with the technical team to refine services and offerings for maximum impact.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using our QuickBooks services, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for clients to ensure smooth transitions and effective usage of QuickBooks.

• Strategy and Process Improvement:

• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving company operations and profitability.

• Develop strategies to optimize QuickBooks usage, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.

• Stay updated with new features and updates in QuickBooks to implement improvements and train the team.

• Team Collaboration and Leadership:

• Lead and mentor junior staff in QuickBooks usage and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QuickBooks strategies with broader company goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing QuickBooks in a business development or financial management role.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment.
