What does RCP mean? Remote Content Production.

As a RCP Producer you will be responsible for leading different UGC projects (our main production model), for our clients and report them to our RCP Coordinator. It will be necessary for you to be able to confidently communicate in both Spanish and English during meetings, and to drive projects forward, establishing connections with other teams and even considering how to collaborate with them. Additionally, you will provide support to the Team Lead and work with her in supporting the team when necessary, tackling new challenges, and proposing new processes and ways of working.

What you’ll do:

• UGC Project Management: Responsible for executing user-generated content (UGC) projects, including script processing, communication with the Casting team for talent hiring, follow-up on instructions, processing payments, and sending the product if necessary. Ensure timely and optimal delivery of the produced footage.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Maintain smooth and effective communication with various teams we work with daily, including Casting, Creativity, Data Management, Finance, among others, to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives in UGC projects.
• Adaptability and Problem Solving: Be receptive to change and propose creative solutions to daily challenges that may arise during content production. Ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances and requirements.
• Proactivity: Demonstrate initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team and manager, identifying and resolving potential problems or obstacles before they arise.
• Tracking and Evaluation: Continuously monitor the progress of UGC projects, evaluating performance and results obtained, and implementing adjustments and improvements as necessary to optimize the impact and effectiveness of the produced content.
• You will work hand in hand with the RCP Coordinator to provide support to both her and the RCP Team Lead when necessary; as well as teaming with other departments.

What you are good at:

• 2-4 Years of experience in Production / Project Management Roles.
• Advanced Level of English
• Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency, ensuring the fulfillment of established deadlines and objectives.
• Intermediate/Advance level of Excel.
• Empathy. You’re a great listener who can help your team feel heard and supported.
• Taking feedback. You’re open to learn new things, openly.
• Kind: You care about others’ feelings and do your best to be constructive.
• Curious: You are looking to become an expert. This motivates you to learn and try new challenges.
