As we continue to grow at a rapidpace, we are excited to welcome a new Regional Community Lead to ourregional support team.Position OverviewAs a Regional Community Lead, you will be an integral part of asmall and dynamic regional team supporting approximately a dozen schools.Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, all aimed atfostering robust enrollment, ensuring an outstanding parent experience, andactively engaging with the community. Your contribution will directlyimpact the creation of thriving and profitable school communities.ResponsibilitiesEnrollment and Community Engagement: Support school leaders inbecoming community leaders within their campuses. Provide coaching toenhance skills in delivering exceptional experiences to touring families,organizing effective events, and driving retention efforts.Parent Experience: Champion the creation of an inclusive communityenvironment, viewing a delightful parent experience as mission-critical.Lead Heads and Assistant Heads of School in becoming community leaders,providing hands-on training, support, and modeling.Profitable and Thriving Schools: Collaborate with the regional team toensure each school is not only thriving but also profitable.
