About the Role – As a Regional Manager, you will demonstrate leadership through appropriate supervision of your Speech Therapy team who come with varied levels of experience, ensuring we are providing high quality, compliant services to our clients.
- Onboarding and training of new clinicians who provide community and telehealth services to NDIS participants of all ages
- Driving accountability and empowering your team to reach performance metrics, in line with clinical policies and procedures
- Building team rapport and developing strategies to enhance a positive, supportive and inclusive work culture
- Develop and implement individual clinician career development plans
- Lead by example by maintaining a small clinical caseload
- Data collection and monitoring progress to help inform management decisions
- Routinely review reports to ensure compliance, accuracy, quality and timeliness
- Help build a foundation of referrals

What you will need
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech Pathology, eligible for Membership with SPA
- Ideally four years of clinical experience
- Comfortable delivering services on line from home and face to face in the community
- NDIS report writing and client-centred planning experience
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Medicare provider number or capacity to obtain
