Location: Remote; Must reside in: AZ, CA, or NV

Base Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + Uncapped Commissions (paid monthly)

1st Year OTE: $150,000-$180,000

[REMOTE] Western Regional Sales Manager Description

Our client, a rapidly growing electrical manufacturer, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee their West Coast territory. Most companies say they have a lot of opportunities on the horizon, but our client can back it up. They had a 14% increase in sales last year alone and are on track for huge numbers this year too. They brought in a new National Sales Manager last August who has partnered with leadership to rebuild their sales infrastructure and take advantage of the tons of opportunities in front of them. Because of the reputation our client has in the industry, they have more business than they can keep up with. Since 99% of their sales are through electrical distribution, they’re looking for someone with similar experience with a proven track record of helping their agents meet and exceed sales targets. Although you’ll have plenty of business in front of you, they’re still looking for someone who is proactive and not just resting on organic growth. This is pure opportunity and upside. It’s like you’re running your own business and because of their monthly commission structure, you don’t have to wait to see the fruits of your labor. [REMOTE] Western Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to meet growth targets

Build and nurture a strong project pipeline

Manage key relationships with agencies and distributors

Evaluate the performance of manufacturing reps (9)

Offer guidance and assist with negotiations

Travel to each seller’s region and participate in client visits

Upgrade agencies as required to align with strategic growth areas

Prepare reports, budgets, profit analyses, and sales projections

Identify industry competitors and market conditions

Partner cross-functionally to help develop a product strategy

Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs

[REMOTE] Western Regional Sales Manager Qualifications

3-10 Years Of Sales Experience Within Distribution Channels Required

Experienced leading independent manufacturing reps required

Current experience within a lighting OEM or lighting distribution company required

Travel around 50% including overnights; quarterly travel to Canada required
