Responsible for achieving new bookings from assigned set oftarget accounts and territory.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Creating new business and new client acqusition.2. Work closely with Inside Sales and Delivery team to Develop and/orexpand relationships with new customers3. Drive sales by developing and executing sales strategies and plans inorder to achieve sales targets.4. Solicit and maintain a healthy customer pipeline of Enterprises andGrowth Stage Companies5. Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the definedbusiness opportunities6. Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting toclosure.7. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customerrelationships.8. Help the company effectively communicate the value propositionthrough accurate diagnostics, presentations and proposals9. Conducting presentations, meetings and Demos with growth stagecompanies as well as traditional enterprises10. Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from thecompetition focusing on value proposition11. Responsible for timely execution of proposals and contracts.Negotiate, structure and close deals that meet customer expectations andAwign’s ability to deliver12. Managing forecasts accurately and delivering against substantialrevenue targets and achieving the assigned sales volume.13. Account Based planning for a set of key Potential Clients14. Prepare & review quarterly and annual Account plans forAwign’s business with assigned clients.15. Regular forecast updates to the leadership on the business16. In a nutshell, the individual will directly work with the foundersand take up complete responsibility of driving the sales for Awign, atgrass root levelDESIRED SKILLS1. Experience of executing B2B Enterprise sales 5-15 years’experience in enterprise services or consulting sales role and a goodunderstanding of solutions selling methodology and tools2. Proven experience and track record of enterprise solution sales indriving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating newbusiness.3. A great communicator, presenter and influencer. Must have impeccableverbal and written communication and negotiation skills (Both English andHindi)4. Consistent track record of beating targets. Must be aggressivetowards driving increased revenue and sales, month on month.5. Experience of working in a startup is preferred.6. Knowledge about SAAS, IT, BFSI<FMCG is preferred.7. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close8. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products andservices9. Strong networking and relationship building ability10. Critical business thinking is essential11. High energy with the desire and ability to grow and thrive in adynamic startup environment12.
