Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Rust Engineer to become part of our dynamic team, engaging in a groundbreaking stablecoin project. In this pivotal role, you will be crucial in designing, developing, and sustaining blockchain solutions that guarantee stability, security, and scalability within our stablecoin ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) that support our stablecoin infrastructure.
• Construct and uphold secure, efficient, and scalable blockchain solutions focusing on stablecoin functionality.
• Implement and manage smart contracts to maintain the stability of our stablecoin’s price, incorporating algorithms for collateral management and reserve protocols.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of the stablecoin into financial ecosystems and payment networks.
• Execute extensive testing and audits of smart contracts to uphold security and compliance standards.
• Create tools and APIs to connect the stablecoin with various decentralized and centralized platforms.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and protocols in the stablecoin and DeFi sectors to enhance our offerings.
• Optimize transaction speeds on the blockchain, minimize gas fees, and improve user experience.
• Monitor and enhance the security of the stablecoin network with a focus on risk reduction and incident response.
• Engage in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• Significant experience as a Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on blockchain technologies.
• Profound expertise in blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Layer 2 solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with Cairo for Starknet, Ton, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in smart contract development, testing, and deployment, particularly within stablecoin or DeFi projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of consensus algorithms, cryptography, and decentralized finance (DeFi) principles.
• Familiarity with security best practices in smart contract development and blockchain systems.
• Practical experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with or development of stablecoin projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks concerning digital assets and stablecoins is advantageous.
