The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team as a remote employee based in Coquitlam, BC. As the Sales Administrator you will work closely with our Operator Training team throughout the sales process to ensure our customers receive excellent service. This will include working in our CRM, answering mainline phones, replying to click leads, and handling customer inquiries.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Sales Administrator your key responsibilities will include:

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of active clients and assigning leads to Sales Representatives via the CRM
• Managing click leads via email, phone, and follow-ups
• Developing a general understanding of product offerings and target industries
• Handling a high volume of incoming calls for all main phone lines
• Ensuring standards are consistently met to achieve positive customer experiences

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• 1 to 2 years of prior administrative experience preferred
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred, or comparable work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Confident and customer-oriented phone presence required
• Strong judgment and data-driven decision-making capabilities

The base pay range for this role is: $44,000-$49,000 annually, depending on experience.

This is a remote role based in Coquitlam, BC.
