About the role:
Are you passionate about making a difference? HIF, a leading Private Health Insurance provider, is looking for a Sales and Retention Advisor to join our team. In this key role, you’ll engage with our valued members, ensuring their needs are met and their loyalty is retained through personalised, member-focused solutions. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new members and ensure their memberships are correctly set up.
- Reach out to members considering leaving HIF, offering tailored solutions to retain their loyalty.
- Deliver professional, exceptional service to all members.
- Participate in ongoing training, development, and multi-skilling opportunities.
- Actively engage in all regulatory compliance activities, including mandatory training, meetings, and information sessions.
About You:
You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional member service. Ideally, you bring experience from a contact centre environment, preferably within the private health insurance industry. Key qualifications include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a genuine passion for connecting with and building rapport with our members.
- Strong computer literacy.
- A positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to embrace change.
- The ability to self-evaluate and accept constructive feedback.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding member service and achieving sales targets.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving both individual and team goals.
- A genuine interest in learning about Health Insurance products, with enthusiasm for understanding and confidently discussing our offerings with members.
