We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Call Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing sales calls to ensure quality, compliance, and effectiveness. You will work closely with the sales team to provide constructive feedback, enhance performance, and maintain a high standard of customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Listen to and review recorded or live sales calls to assess quality and adherence to company standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales pitches and communication techniques.
• Performance Assessment:
• Use standardized metrics to rate and document call performance.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing call evaluations, including strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
• Feedback and Training Support:
• Provide actionable feedback to sales representatives to improve performance.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop or refine training programs based on audit findings.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all sales calls comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify instances of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Process and Customer Experience Improvement:
• Suggest improvements to call scripts and sales processes.
• Monitor calls to ensure a positive customer experience is consistently delivered.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with sales managers and trainers to align audit findings with business goals.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance trends and share insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, quality assurance, or call auditing (preferred).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and call auditing tools.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in sales/call center environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
