Sales Consultant – Property Investment (Remote)

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our remote sales team. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Promptly call all new leads to qualify prospects and assess their needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and expand the customer base.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our property solutions to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Negotiations: Discuss quotations, negotiate offers, and close sales across all product areas.
- Relationship Building: Send follow-up emails or calls to nurture client relationships and close sales.
- Sales Proposals: Prepare and send proposals and quotations to clients.
- CRM Updates: Keep our CRM system (Pipedrive) updated with accurate client details, sales activities, and progress.
- Customer Liaison: Respond promptly to customer texts and emails, book appraisals and surveys, and maintain communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate daily with customers to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
- Sales Model Development: Assist in developing the sales model to ensure consistent success and revenue growth.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts through to completion, following our customer service standards charter.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales support team and provide feedback to management on a regular basis.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage sales documentation, scheduling, and reporting efficiently to ensure smooth sales progression.
- Efficient Deal Closing: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure swift and efficient deal closure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience is essential (property experience a plus!) with demonstrated experience.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or similar.
- Strong Communication: Confidence on the phone and excellent written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft and remote working tools.
- Motivated & Results-Driven: You’re self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven by achieving sales targets.
- Relationship-Focused: Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrable experience negotiating and closing sales.
- Adaptable & Proactive: Willing to take initiative and continuously seek ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
