ReSource Pro is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Business Development team and drive growth through new client acquisition. This role is focused on sales to insurance retailing agencies and brokerages.

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the continental United States. A significant amount of your time will be spent travelling (up to 50%).

Your role…

Successful candidates will understand the external drivers, business objectives and unique operational challenges of insurance companies in order to develop comprehensive solutions to address their needs. Proposed solutions may include integrated components of ReSource Pro’s productivity platform, including Business Process Management, Consulting, Data Analytics, and Talent Development.

Within your first year you will…

  • Develop leads and prospects to identify potential new clients.
  • Increase visibility and develop relationships that can lead to new business.
  • Pursue strategic alliances to help generate new leads and prospects.
  • Assess client need and develop proposals that demonstrate how ReSource Pro services can offer solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Manage the prospective client relationship through signing of the contact and transition to client integration.
  • Develop strategic solution proposals and recommendations to present to clients.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information.
  • Recommend changes in products, services and sales process.

What You Need To Be Successful…

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years sales experience (2-5 preferred experience includes BPO, BPM, insurance agency or carrier) with demonstrated sales history in the U.S. (global experience is a plus)
  • 5-7 years insurance agency/carrier experience
  • Selling software as a service/Saas experience knowledge, within the insurance industry preferred.
  • Consultative sales skills and territory management
  • Customer focus and goal orientation.
  • Prospecting skills.
  • Product and operational knowledge.
  • Superior presentation skills.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $91,078 – 172,010. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
