Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Sales KPI Analyst with a focus on Training and Quality Analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance and ensuring that sales teams are consistently performing at their best. You will also lead and execute training initiatives to improve team skills, develop performance-enhancing strategies, and monitor the overall quality of sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for training and quality analysis. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Training Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all performance metrics are met while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales KPI Analysis:
- Monitor, track, and report on sales KPIs, including conversion rates, sales targets, average deal size, win rates, and sales cycle length.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on KPI data to help the sales team meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct detailed performance reviews and identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.
- Training Development and Delivery:
- Develop and deliver training programs aimed at improving sales skills, process adherence, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and design curricula to address performance gaps.
- Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and workshops for new and existing sales staff.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and oversee a quality assurance program for sales activities to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Conduct audits of sales calls, presentations, and customer interactions to evaluate quality.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align KPIs and training initiatives with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze post-training performance data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve training content.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new tools or techniques that can be integrated into training and performance evaluation processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in Sales Analytics, Quality Assurance, or Training (desired).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales analytics, KPI reporting, or performance management, with a strong focus on sales training and quality analysis.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable training and performance strategies.
- Experience with training and coaching sales teams to improve performance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and quality assurance standards.
- Familiarity with the latest sales technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design (preferred).
