Organisation is leading Printing & Packaging Industry located at Moraiya, Ahmedabad.
Required Education: Diploma/ BE in Printing & Packaging Technology with min 6 to 7 Years Experience as Sales Manager Profile in Printing & Packaging Industry.
We are looking out for Sales Manager; The selected candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth by targeting and acquiring new customers within specific geography for Pressure sensitive labels. This role demands a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who can identify opportunities, pitch labelling solutions, and establish strong client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, quality, product, operations, and service teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers in PSL (Pressure sensitive labelling) converting space, build a robust sales pipeline. Utilize multiple lead generation strategies such as networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and attending industry events
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets and expand customer base within specified region
- Understand the customer’s product needs and requirements, and provide right offerings that address their challenges
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to receivables. Handle queries, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Resolving complaints with the technical team and ensuring customer satisfaction in the complaint handling process
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to tailor offerings and provide insights to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, track sales metrics, and provide forecasts to the leadership team
- Understand the value chain in the converting space and drive relationship across the value chain partners
- You don’t need to be an “Excel or PowerPoint champion”—we value action and results over excessive reporting
Qualifications: Graduation (Printing and Packaging Graduates will be preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
