The Opportunity
If you are ready to make a difference, this exciting role requires a range of skills including analytics, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Proficient in using software applications such as Salesforce/Veeva, you will have proven experience leading a high-performance team.Â
This position will be responsible for the performance of our national specialty sales team and achievement of the specialty products revenue.Â
Your responsibilities, at a glance:Â
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue, gross margin (GM), and EBIT targets for the specialty business unit.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market growth and optimize performance for specialty products.
- Prepare and oversee Sales Team’s budgets, sales forecasts, and incentives to support business goals.
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and professional development for the sales team to maximize their potential.

You’ll also need to possess the following:
- A relevant qualification.Â
- Expertise in CRM systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience in trade conference attendance and organisation
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Exceptional sales management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
