Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead marketing and lead generation initiatives to achieve Membership Development and Sponsorship revenue objectives.
- Design and implement nurturing campaigns aimed at qualifying and engaging potential leads.
- Develop and refine lead generation emails and templates to support sales meeting arrangements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce marketing materials that reflect our key messaging and branding.
- Oversee sponsorship marketing functions, including the creation of collateral, web pages, and promotional assets.
- Maintain schedules and tracking documents in Smartsheet to ensure timely marketing deliverables.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar to enhance our online engagement.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Report progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and other teams to maximize the impact of online advertising and social media strategies.
- Explore continuous improvements for processes to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to remain informed on industry trends and competitive positioning, aiding in the refinement of our sales and marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive demand for our products and services.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, sales support, content marketing, social media, video marketing, and brand development.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, with a preference for HubSpot.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with team members and senior management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for executing both large-scale and smaller marketing initiatives.
- A high-energy, team-oriented self-starter who fosters collaboration and builds credibility within the marketing team.
- Innovative mindset demonstrated by a proven history of creative marketing initiatives that distinguish the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
