Sales Operations
Analyze customer PO’S and validate deals closure in CRM
Drive sales compensation and quota activities in CK.
Support finance, CK Sales, other stake holders with weekly account reviews and solve
stakeholder issues proactively.
Track the CRM performance and responsiveness within the CRM system (Fresh sales) by
working with the identified countries and sales reps.
Support stakeholder escalations and prioritize the same-day solutions for installer lines-
down escalations
Provide quantitative analysis in support of identifying sales opportunities to drive CK
opportunity/funnel management
Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally throughout the entire company,
including sales, commercial, delivery and HR
Support sales operation activities for Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.
Work alongside brilliant, motivated, collaborative employees
Drive a process-centric execution focused on aligning demand with supply
Lead with Operational Excellence mind-set striving to delight the customers with continuous
improvements
Who You Are And What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree required, and Master preferred with knowledge of sales operations,
demand planning, forecasting, and preferably experienced in High-Tech industry
5+ years of experience in sales operation activities
Team handling experience of min 2-3 people
Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time and effectively prioritize tasks to meet
company business objectives
Process-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business
judgment
Organized with strong work ethic, attention to details, and excellent communication skills
Advanced skills with Excel and data manipulation
Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision
Focused and driven to meet deadlines for regularly scheduled activities
Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to requests from internal and external customers
