Sales Representatives
Our company was founded is headquartered in the city of Querétaro. Our company is dedicated to the manufacturing of cold and hot rolled steels for mold making. We also have high-speed steels and titanium for the aerospace industry. We offer a cutting service to the customer’s specifications (upon customer specification). We have a wide inventory, which allows us to provide excellent service and faster delivery times, meeting our customers’ needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Development and Maintenance: We seek an individual who will proactively identify and engage with potential clients, establish communication channels, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.
2. Market Research and Analysis: The role requires collecting market intelligence, analyzing industry trends, and assessing competitor activities to inform strategic sales adjustments and product enhancements.
3. Sales Activity Execution: The candidate will be responsible for developing sales plans, presenting and promoting products, managing orders, coordinating product deliveries, and addressing customer issues in a timely manner.
4. Sales Data Tracking and Reporting: This position involves recording sales figures, analyzing performance metrics, and providing regular updates to management to support company decision-making.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: The successful candidate will need to collaborate closely with procurement, warehousing, and finance departments, ensuring effective communication of customer needs and resource coordination to facilitate smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of sales experience in a steel trading company (steel distributor), with a preference for candidates with over 5 years of experience.
2. Sales personnel from mold and tool steel distributors will be given priority.
3. Fluent English
4. Good health and proficiency in driving.
5. Technical school or college education or above.
6. Cheerful personality and good at communication.
7. Proficient in using computers and common office software.
8. Experience with CRM systems will be preferred.
Compensation and Others
1. Work location: Coahuila or Nuevo León, Northern Mexico. 2. Flexible working hours. 3. Base salary range: MXN 25,000 to 45,000/month
4. Eligible for a performance-based sales bonus
