We are looking for a motivated and experienced New Sales Team Lead to join our team! As the New Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the team effectiveness and defining the best approach to closing deals.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop our overall sales plan by overseeing forecasts and KPI reporting
  • Regulate occupancy of each sales manager in your team
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to achieve set goals
  • Grow, develop and manage the sales team
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

Key Requirments:

  • Strong track record (4+ years) of selling IT products and services in a B2B and B2G environment
  • Experience of managing the Sales team (3+ years)
  • Proven track of reaching $1.5 MM ARR with your teams
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving and expanding product sales environment
  • Excellent command of English. Additional language is going to be an Advantage
  • Cybersecyrity experience is going to be a huge advantage
