Position Responsibilities :
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for assisting in driving sales productivity through sales force process automation. They will assist in building, managing and maintaining companys Salesforce instance. The administrator demonstrates experience and understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects, data management utilities and tools, and general release management process and practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead Salesforce enhancements to address user requirements and changing business needs, estimate project efforts and tracks progress.
- Design and build custom objects, create workflows and assignment rules, build and maintain customer portal and sites
- Lead user requirement sessions and document user requirements and system configuration
- Assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
- Drive and increase user adoption and ensure satisfaction, including delivering training and support to users.
- Lead report and dashboard development efforts, monitor and maintain reporting libraries.
- Interface regularly with the sales team/technology department and provide quality SF.com end user support, delivery exceptional customer service
- Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, and hierarchies to support organization structure.
- Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such auditing and resolving data integrity issues, merging duplicate records and establishing ownership of accounts and contacts in according to defined territories.
- Research new product releases, provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in the change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
- Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems
Support troubleshooting of system, process and data issues
Qualifications :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in business or technology field or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience administering strong understanding and experience in administering sales cloud offerings.
- Certified System Administrator, Advanced Certified System Administrator or Certified Salesforce Consultant is desirable
- Experienced data management and manipulation skills utilizing the Apex Data Loader or Demand Tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively, and have the propensity to handle urgent interruptions professionally.
- Able to effectively manage/prioritize complex tasks and projects.
- Strong sense of how Salesforce can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, i.e., Cognos, Tableau, Hyperion
- Experience interacting and supporting geographically dispersed clients/users, strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be very well organized and be able to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests, flexible to meet changing priorities and challengesngineering, product management, and release readiness teams.
