As a Salesforce Administrator – Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the frontline representative for our clients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with their Salesforce instances and business systems. You will be responsible for managing the configuration and support of these tools while fostering positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
This role is a 100% work from home.
In This Role, You Will
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Provide high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Salesforce and integrated business systems.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with our product and development teams to stay informed on new features and system updates, ensuring that you can provide accurate assistance and recommendations.
- Knowledge Base Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, documentation, and support resources to empower clients to find solutions independently.
- Customer Feedback & Process Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, sharing insights with the team to enhance our services and solutions.
- Process Development & Optimization: Contribute to the development and optimization of internal support processes and protocols to improve customer success and satisfaction.
About You
Core qualifications:
A highly motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Consultant in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Proven customer-facing experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- A strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping customers resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to manage customer cases from start to finish while maintaining high-quality service.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and managing Salesforce processes, workflows, and automation features.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Knowledge of coding or programming is a plus
