We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of a Salesforce project. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance domain and a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications to meet the specific requirements of the project.
- Leverage Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to automate and streamline core insurance operations.
- Develop robust integrations with third-party systems (email gateway, SMS gateway, Signwell, RingCentral, Zone Marketing Plus, etc.) to create a seamless user experience.
- Utilize advanced Salesforce development tools and technologies (Lightning Flow, Salesforce Einstein, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex) to build scalable and efficient solutions.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and system integration testing to ensure the quality and performance of the Salesforce implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Adhere to Agile methodologies and contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced development environment.
- Utilize containerization and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and platform development.
- Experience with lead management, appointment scheduling, and commission management systems.
- Expertise in Lightning Flow, Salesforce Einstein, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Apex.
- Experience with third-party integrations and data migration. Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and API development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
