Location: Fully remote – office available to attend in London

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer with expertise in Field Service Dispatcher Console to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized FSL solutions to optimize our field service operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom FSL solutions, including configurations, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Integrate FSL with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
• Develop and maintain complex FSL applications using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning components.
• Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, and mobile workforce management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve FSL related issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Stay current with the latest FSL features and best practices.
• Collaborate with other developers, admins, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning.
• Deep understanding of FSL architecture, data model, and APIs.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations, workflows, and process builders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are a plus.
