Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional with expertise in Agentforce, Copilot, CRM Analytics, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance our Salesforce platform and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to our business needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging Salesforce tools to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Agentforce Management:

Configure and optimize the Agentforce platform for enhanced customer support workflows.

Provide support and training for teams using Agentforce solutions.

Copilot Integration and Use:

Integrate Copilot (Salesforce AI tools) into existing workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features like predictive analytics and automation.

CRM Analytics Development:

Develop custom dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics to deliver actionable insights.

Analyze business data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Lightning Web Components (LWC) Development:

Design and develop custom LWC solutions to extend Salesforce functionality.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly interfaces.

General Salesforce Platform Support:

Maintain and enhance Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in Agentforce, including setup and configuration.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Copilot and AI-driven tools.

Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics for creating advanced dashboards and reports.

Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

Salesforce Certifications (Preferred):

Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

Salesforce Consultant (specific to Agentforce or Analytics)

Additional Skills:

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado).

Experience working in a customer service or sales-oriented organization is a plus.
