Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Salesforce Sales Representative to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will support Account Executives by identifying new business opportunities, engaging promising prospects, and cultivating a robust sales pipeline. Your contributions will be crucial in driving client acquisition and revenue growth across several sectors.
Location: Remote (Anywhere in the USA)
Duration: 6-month contract with a possibility of permanent placement based on performance
Pay Range: (90,000 – )100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Generate interest in our Salesforce solutions and implementation services to stimulate demand.
- Assist new clients during the onboarding process and provide ongoing support throughout their engagement.
- Identify target verticals to contribute to the expansion of our client portfolio.
- Articulate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients, assessing their interest and securing business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in pipeline development or sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com or comparable Salesforce-related platforms, including implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully selling Salesforce implementation services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce implementation partner companies or directly with Salesforce is essential.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging prospects and articulating value effectively.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
Qualifications
- A strong passion for contributing in a high-growth setting and assisting in the development of effective processes and tools.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is considered a plus.
