Sap Advanced Business Application Programming Developer (Remote)

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP programming and will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing software applications that enhance their SAP systems. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement: Create and modify SAP applications using ABAP programming language to meet business requirements.
System integration: Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and other systems.

Technical support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing SAP systems and ABAP programs.

Testing and debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ABAP programs, including specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, business analysts, and end-users to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Performance optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements for SAP applications and processes.

Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ABAP programming (including Object-Oriented ABAP, ABAP on HANA, and ABAP for SAP S/4HANA).
Experience with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HR.
Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA.
Familiarity with SAP development tools such as SE80, SE38, and SAP Web IDE.
Understanding of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus.
