Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused SAP SuccessFactors L3 Consultant to manage incidents, requests, and components in the SuccessFactors platform within our APAC service.

This role will support the L2 consultant in Colombia while driving improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The SAP SF L3 Consultant will also ensure system stability, provide solutions for complex issues, and lead the continuous learning and development process for SuccessFactors users.

  • ERP & DMS

We provide Principal Support, spearhead ambitious technology rollout implementations, and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as SAP, COUPA, INCADEA, and SuccessFactors. Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of the PH SAP SuccessFactors Service and Support Team.
  • Provide expert-level support for complex SuccessFactors issues, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and other relevant modules.
  • Act as the escalation point for service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Collaborate with the L2 consultant in Colombia to ensure alignment in service strategies and priorities.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient service desk while monitoring and improving its productivity.
  • Lead the continuous training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to upskill team members on SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Develop and document processes for efficient issue resolution, leveraging best practices and ensuring system stability.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, gathering feedback to enhance the SuccessFactors environment.
  • Create a clear knowledge-sharing platform and database, ensuring that team members and stakeholders have access to relevant resources.
  • Train new team members and ensure adherence to company policies and SAP best practices.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably with hands-on experience in the Employee Central module.
  • Proven experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and technology trends.
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Onboarding, and Performance Management.
  • Proficiency in documenting integrations with legacy systems, particularly payroll.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting tools and analytics.
