What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers for multiple teams
Build relationships to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation
Promote Agile quality practices and coordinate across organizations
Advise government personnel on process improvements
Work directly with senior-level client leadership teams in client-delivery engagements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Agile development teams
Experience with automating application deployments, scaling, and management
Proven experience with large-scale software development and data management projects
SAFe Certified Scrum Master

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and Kanban agile methods
Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs tools, processes, and frameworks
Experience with Project and Configuration Management tools
Technical background and disciplines
Ability to obtain a Government clearance
