Search Production Administrator (Remote)

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for Zero Hours Search Production Administrator’s to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in processing property-related searches, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless order workflow.

To be successful in this role, you will need to provide your own IT equipment, including a laptop, mouse, and keyboard, as we will onboard you to our virtual infrastructure. Additionally, you must be available to commit to an intensive training program, which will run 4-5 days a week over a 6-week period, to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.

About the Role

As a Search Production Administrator, you will be responsible for handling daily orders with precision and efficiency. You’ll research property records maintained by Local Authorities, compiling accurate reports. Leveraging a web-based questionnaire, you’ll present your findings clearly and professionally. Your ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders will be key to your success.

In this role, you’ll manage new orders by following council procedures and adhering to turnaround times. You’ll upload search results into our system promptly and use various tools to locate properties and developments. Achieving personal and team performance goals will be a key focus, and you’ll receive all the training necessary to succeed.

Researching and compiling in-house local authority searches will require a keen eye for detail and an up-to-date knowledge of council procedures. You’ll ensure systems and team members are informed of any changes, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.

Your role will also involve supporting complex client requirements, handling queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and search agents will be crucial in ensuring deadlines are met and expectations exceeded. Positive relationships with all stakeholders will be the foundation of your day-to-day work.

Beyond research and client communication, you’ll play a key role in keeping our administrative processes running smoothly. Developing a strong understanding of our company, products, and processes will position you as a valued contributor to our success.
