We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior Account Manager for Direct Business in Romania.

Key Responsibilities

Acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing clients, including the public sector.
Building and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships with clients and analyzing their needs.
Being responsible for the Romanian market.
Implementing the established sales plans according to the company’s strategy.
Managing the process of negotiation and renegotiation of contracts.
Preparing presentations and offers.
Actively creating interest in technological solutions and analyzing market trends.

Our Requirements

5+ years of experience in similar role, or in the role of Commercial Director.
Very good knowledge in the area of selling Microsoft services and products.
Good knowledge of SEE markets.
Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation, as well as sales processes.
Highly developed communication skills, ability to network and build professional relationships
Ability to work in virtual environment
Willingness to undertake business travel
Good command of English
