Job Summary:

Our Management Liability team is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their highly technical and collaborative team for public company accounts. Senior Account Managers provide service to and manage the largest and most complex accounts. They are responsible for strategizing with Producers and Account Executives, managing a smooth insurance placement process from start to finish, staying current with the latest market changes and trends, as well as providing technical support and expertise to clients.

The ideal candidate is a great communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear communication is key as you will be working with and building relationships with people across diverse disciplines. In addition, the candidate must be highly organized, confident, energetic and detail oriented.

What You’ll Do:

  • Effectively managing multiple clients and book of business with a focus on public company management liability
  • Applying market and risk management knowledge to client business model/needs; identifying gaps and the most effective solutions.
  • Providing coverage analysis in relation to client’s business; effectively explain and clarify coverages.
  • Developing strategic overview on accounts, arranging strategy meetings and requesting/reviewing information from the markets and client.
  • Providing policy analysis and manage the renewal process.
  • Providing excellent, in-depth expertise regarding current marketplace for account coverage placement; obtaining best program and coverage terms for the client.
  • Developing marketing strategy for client and independently market various lines of business, with an understanding of the clients’ challenges as they are perceived by the market

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years brokerage or carrier experience with a focus on public company management liability
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fire & Casualty license required upon hire or within 3 months of obtaining position
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel as necessary

More About Us:

Compensation: Anticipated salary between $100,000 – $138,784.00. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.

This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
