What will you be doing as a Senior AI Engineer at Elixirr Digital?

• Research, design, and develop core AI algorithms to enhance the intelligence and capabilities of our systems
• Build and implement NLP models to extract insights and improve user experience
• Optimize algorithms for scalability, performance, and accuracy to support efficient deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our products
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of models, refining them based on feedback and new data to maintain peak accuracy and relevance
• Lead or contribute to AI-related research initiatives and innovation projects, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning to keep our solutions on the cutting edge

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:

• Strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms, with a solid understanding of core principles
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI and ML libraries
• Familiarity with neural networks, data structures, and algorithm design to support advanced model development
• Hands-on experience with NLP and reinforcement learning, including building, fine-tuning, and deploying models such as GPTs and calling functions
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex for effective solution-building
• Proven experience in deploying AI solutions at scale, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a proficiency in applying mathematical principles to analyze, model, and solve complex problems

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with NLP frameworks, such as NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers, to enhance NLP solutions
• Experience developing custom large language models for specialized applications
