About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Digital Analyst specializing in Adobe Analytics to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, a strong understanding of digital metrics, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive business growth. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to support data-driven decisions that enhance the customer journey and optimize website performance.
Responsibilities
- Adobe Analytics Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Adobe Analytics properties to accurately track user interactions and generate insights.
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom tracking requirements using Adobe Launch and/or other tag management systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability by performing regular audits, troubleshooting, and validation checks.
- Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Perform in-depth analyses of website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on findings to improve conversion rates, optimize user experiences, and support business goals.
- Create, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and scorecards to communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Partner with UX, product, and marketing teams to design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target or other testing tools.
- Measure the effectiveness of site changes and experiments, offering data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve conversion.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and the analytics team to align on project goals, metrics, and timelines.
- Translate technical Adobe Analytics findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Train and support internal teams on using Adobe Analytics and interpreting reports.
Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (workspace, segmentation, pathing, etc.) and Adobe Launch or equivalent tag management systems.
- Strong knowledge of digital metrics, user journey analysis, and web analytics best practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling.
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and other web development basics is beneficial.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying insights and data findings to stakeholders across various departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Target or other A/B testing tools.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as Adobe Audience Manager.
Experience in e-commerce or a related industry is a plus.
