Job Description:The Client Services TeamClient services are responsible for key strategic initiatives to support Dimensional’s interaction with clients and prospects.Described broadly by Dimensional 360, the team are responsible for a suite of services available to an elite community of financial professionals who work with our firm. We bring four decades of experience working with financial professionals from diverse disciplines and business models, offering time-tested insights and solutions. Our mission is meet the sophisticated and evolving needs of our clients’ businesses. Dimensional 360 includes professional consulting, events, webcasts, client communities, training and marketing support via mydimensional.com.The OpportunityWith initiative and proven success, the Senior Associate will have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Dimensional 360, work closely with our experienced Australian team and draw from extensive experience of our global client services group. The Senior Associate will support the development and delivery of these services to clients across Australia and NZ for this 12 month fixed term contract.The RoleThe Senior Associate, Client Services will be responsible for managing Dimensional Australia and New Zealand’s client and prospect education program delivered primarily via conferences, events, and webcasts.- Project manage conference themes, agendas, and presenters for internally run conferences including regular Foundations Conferences, and marquee conferences such as the Practice Management Symposium, NZ Symposium, Advanced Conference, and Institutional Symposium.
- Project manage topics and presenters for internally run webcasts across investing, communication and business strategy
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to assist in the production of presentations for speakers
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure high level communication pre and post conference/event
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of Dimensional communities program.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic record
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, Financial Services Industry preferred but not mandatory
- Strong project management skills including project planning, time management, organization
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work equally well in a team environment and independently
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn programs as needed
