We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our B2B sales efforts for our English language testing products in the UK and internationally. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the language assessment market and a strong track record in B2B sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Business Development Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification/ experience.
  • Experience of managing a global team.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or assessment industry.
  • Strong understanding of English language testing products and their applications in educational and corporate settings.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
