What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion through consultative selling and strategic engagement with customers
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of the employer’s technical architecture and assist clients in troubleshooting complex challenges
  • Deliver engaging product demos and lead tailored presentations to showcase the employer’s offerings
  • Propose transformative payment solutions to enhance clients’ payment experiences
  • Oversee high-value customer accounts and manage complex cross-functional projects that align with business objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales, specifically in the payments industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets through consultative sales
  • Strong understanding of payments platforms, including batch processing and API integration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex payment solutions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
