Join a dynamic team at an innovative Global Leading Manufacturers, offering a unique opportunity for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer. This is a permanent position based near the Sydney CBD and provides a flexible working environment that allows you to work from home up to 3 days a week.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing complex IT environments, particularly focused on Azure Cloud and related technologies. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and leadership skills to improve the company’s infrastructure and business platforms.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Senior Azure Cloud Experience: Previous experience in a senior Azure Cloud position, including exposure to Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
- Complex IT Environment: Experience working within diverse and complex IT environments.
- Proficiency in Azure: Including building automation, landing zones, defender, Entra ID, logic apps, MS Power Automate, CI/CD, and scripting.
- Enterprise Experience: Proven track record in Azure Cloud Engineering & Administration within medium to large enterprises.
- Solution Design and Security: Experience managing Azure cloud solution design, security, and implementation.
- Cloud Governance: Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure governance, including networking, policy, and security concepts.
- ITIL Processes: Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Release).
- Cloud Solution Implementation: Experience in scoping, designing, and implementing cloud solutions.
- Azure Security and Networking: Knowledge of Azure security and network practices.
