Senior Content Developer and Proposal Writer (REMOTE)Duties and Responsibilities:This position supports the development of strategic and GSA/FEDSIMproposals as a content developer (writer) supporting the businessdevelopment lifecycle, including proposals. You will combine clear,strategic thinking with your project management skills and your dedicationto compliance, to elevate solutions and approaches into proposal strengthsand evaluated excellence. We are looking for an integral team player whoworks collaboratively with others, and who can also work independently,coordinate projects, develop and learn new skills, and maintaincommunication with various stakeholders while working on multiplesimultaneous projects. The primary responsibilities encompass proposal andcontent development activities, sales material development, knowledgemanagement, and research and analysis.Support pursuit management team from opportunity identification throughawardCollaborate with Capture and Solutioning team members to fully understandclient desires and solutions and translate those into compelling proposalcontentSupport a variety of proposal development efforts and formats to provideclear, compelling, and compliant presentations, graphics, and orals scriptsthat incorporate win strategies win themes, and discriminatorsWrite and prepare pursuit support artifacts including white papers,presentations, and marketing collateralLead elements of proposal development efforts to provide clear, compelling,and compliant written responses that incorporate win strategiesAssess proposal content for integration and consistency of strategies, winthemes, and discriminators across sections and volumesWork with graphics professionals to manage the development of high-qualityand impactful proposal graphics and presentationsCollaborate with business and functional leadership for proposal supportand directionSupport the archival of sales and proposal contentPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications and Skills Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in applicable field plus 10+ years ofexperienceStrong work ethic with the willingness to work overtime on shortnoticeStrong project management skills in team facilitation, as well as managingresources and schedulesExcellent communication/presentation skills including exceptionalpersuasive writing skillsMust be willing to learn new skills, technologies, and adapt to changingneedsSuperior organization and follow-through skillsStrong interpersonal skills and analytical abilityMotivation to identify problems, propose solutions, and actindependentlyExcellent business acumen skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changingpriorities and assignmentsAbility to lead and work together as a team, either in a support role or asa project leaderAbility to translate objectives into a schedule and series of activities tomeet the requirementsFrequent travel may be required, around 25%Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with SharePointMust be a US citizenDesiredExperience with FEDSIM proposals or other large (>$200M)opportunitiesExperience with generative AI and large language modelsKBR is an equal opportunity employer.
