Description

As the Senior Content Writer & Editor, you’ll be responsible for crafting, refining, and perfecting content for various marketing materials, RFPs, proposals, and other business documents. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, seasoned writer with a strong background in creating persuasive and clear content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write and develop high-quality content for marketing materials, including blogs, whitepapers, brochures, social media, email campaigns, website copy, and more.
  • RFP & Proposal Writing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help craft, refine, and structure responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with requirements.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Research & Strategy: Conduct industry research to stay up-to-date with trends, client needs, and competitor activities, applying insights to content strategy and proposal writing.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and balancing priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistency across all company communications.
  • Brand Voice Development: Help define and maintain the company’s tone of voice across all written content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in content writing and editing, preferably in a senior or specialized role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with InDesign is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.
  • Experience with RFP or proposal writing in a business setting preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types and styles.
