Role: Program Manager/ Sr. Program Manager – DEI

Experience: 3-6 years

Work Location: Virtual/ WFH (Applicants based in Delhi NCR, Hyderabad & Bangalore, Chennai will be considered)

Employment: Full-time

Fixed Monthly Salary: INR 50,000 to INR 90,000 (Variable component additional)

In this work-from-home role, you will play a critical role in consulting, creating, supporting, and executing LGBT+ inclusion programs for companies across India. You will leverage your expertise to develop impactful solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive positive change for the LGBT+ community. 🌈

Key Responsibilities:

Consult: Conduct needs assessments with clients to identify their DEI gaps and opportunities, specifically focusing on LGBT+ inclusion.
Create: Develop and design comprehensive DEI programs (e.g., workshops, trainings, employee resource groups) tailored to each client’s specific needs and context.
Support: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the program implementation process, including resource management, logistical coordination, and communication.
Execute: Manage program execution effectively, ensuring smooth delivery, high-quality experiences, and adherence to budget and timeline.
Evaluate: Track and measure the impact of programs using data and feedback, and present findings to clients to demonstrate progress and inform future initiatives.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date on best practices in DEI, specifically related to LGBT+ inclusion, through research and participation in professional development opportunities.
