Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our company. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design work that meets or exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of design projects, including branding, advertising campaigns, marketing collateral, website design, social media graphics, and multimedia presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
• Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, deadlines, and design objectives.
• Utilize a variety of design software and tools to create high-quality graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables, adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve and evolve your design skills.
• Collaborate with other designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, gathering feedback and making revisions as necessary.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that effectively communicate messages and capture attention.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve design challenges.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback and revisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
• Up-to-date with emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Fluent in professional working English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹540,000.00 – ₹560,000.00 per year
