****Role Overview**:**

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead and execute creative concepts for various digital and print projects, ensuring high-quality design work that aligns with client goals and brand strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and pushing the creative boundaries to deliver impactful, visually appealing designs.

****Key Responsibilities**:**

* Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion for both digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, ads, and branding materials.

* Create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate messages and resonate with target audiences.

* Collaborate with clients, project managers, and the creative team to understand client requirements and business goals.

* Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across all visual assets.

* Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and helping develop their design skills.

* Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the work is innovative and fresh.

* Ensure all designs adhere to the agency’s quality standards and deadlines.

****Requirements**:**

* 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print projects.

* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), as well as proficiency in other design tools.

* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

* Experience in web and mobile design, including responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and internal teams.

* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).

****Preferred Skills**:**

* Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.

* Familiarity with web design platforms like WordPress, Elementor, or Shopify.

* Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end design principles.
