The Senior Key Account Manager (d/f/m) –Switzerland for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible forestablishing and building relationships with both existing and newcustomers. You will be responsible for achieving, or exceeding, assignedsales numbers by driving revenue. This position is part of the Sales Department located in Switzerland andwill be a field-based role for Central and Northern Switzerland (Basel,Aarau, etc.) At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare,one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the Sales Department and responsible growth andexpansion of direct sales profit margins within assigned accounts and/orterritory/region on product and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Set, lead and execute the agreed sales strategy to achieve market sharegain within the territory. Be the primary contact for customers and engagewith them to ensure business opportunities are maximized – bothcompetitor and retention accounts Actively maintain competitive business and existing base throughaccount management and promotion of products, working with key internal andexternal customers Arrange and execute external and internal meetings including presentingand supporting both company and customer needs Present action plans at regular intervals to the management team andseek opportunities to convert competitor business Establish relationships and develop partnerships with the differentpublic and private sectors, predominately focusing on stakeholdersincluding decision makers, KOL’s and C-Suite level to maximize our valueproposition Ensure the sales process is always on track and in line with thecompany’s requirements at sales stage and manage an accuratefunnel The essential requirements of the job include: BSc or equivalent qualification in a scientific subject or significantexperience in a similar role and understands the diagnostics market withinthe laboratory and hospital environment Experience in direct selling in a comparable field or complex medicalenvironment Outstanding planning and organization skills with evidence of creationand execution of successful strategic account plans within diagnostics ormedical sector A consistent successful record in sales and solution selling,preferably in the medical device, healthcare or life science industry Driving License and fluently language skills in English and German It would be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein: Experience in tender management with multiple examples of successfullyleading/ project-managing a complex tender response with the ability towork independently and part of a team At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics we believe in designing a better, moresustainable workforce.
