About the Role:Â
As a trusted partner for leadership development, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate facilitator and coach to join our team. As a Senior Leadership Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing a series of programs across our partnerships. You will contribute to the design and facilitation of leadership development programs, including delivering leadership coaching and development workshops. This position offers a hybrid working model with in-person workshops and coaching in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Program Facilitation: Confidently facilitate engaging team workshops, coaching sessions and leadership programs to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- One-to-One Leadership Coaching: Provide individualised leadership coaching designed for accelerated development for leaders in our partner programs.
- Leadership Transformation Solutions: Identify, design, and implement tailored development programs for leaders and teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop strong, collaborative partnerships with program stakeholders to provide customised advice and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership development.
- Coaching or consulting experience, particularly with executive/senior leaders and high-performing teams.
- Confident in running workshops, presenting, and facilitating development sessions (and have some fun while doing it!).
- Skilled in designing custom team development programs and workshops.Â
- Experience creating professional and visually engaging slide decks and workbooks is advantageous.
- Relevant degree or professional qualifications are favourable (Leadership Development, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, Change Management, or Human Resources.)
